Ladies and Gentlemen,

Following up the matter, and as a consequence of the legal problem raised, both CSN TERMINAL and SEPETIBA TECON had their interdictions by municipal Authorities raised and back to normal operations.

Consequences of the judicial fight is that both terminals were fined by ITAGUAI´s municipality environmental department, and they´re now being followed closely by the State Environmental Agency.

Vessels operations have not suffered any delays during the interdiction time an were not jeopardized.
